Juvenile-In-Justice by Richard Ross

C.R, age 11, Harris County Psychiatric Center, Houston, Texas.

C.R is heavily medicated on Thorazine. He’s been in seclusion because he is a danger to himself and others. He woke up yesterday in a manic state– roaring, flirting with adults, and then attacked another kid on the basketball court and later staff. His mother used drugs when he was in utero and he is very small and hyperactive. He was raised by his grandparents.
